Quality You Can Count On
We install more than lighted and unlighted business signs. We manufacture, install, and service
church signs,
school signs,
apartment signs,
park signs,
governmental signs,
architectural signs, etc.;
interior signs as well as
exterior signs.
No matter what type of sign we are installing
(channel letters,
a wall cabinet sign,
a monument sign,
pole signs,
electronic message centers,
pylon signs, etc.),
all components we install are new.
All fasteners are galvanized or non-corrosive.
To further ensure safety and quality, installations are supervised by a Master Sign Electrician, Master Electrician, and Licensed Sign Erector. Licensed Company Sign Installers and Licensed Electricians are also utilized.
All excess dirt and rock will be hauled away and properly disposed of, if required.
At the end of installation or service, the work area is left in broom-clean condition.

Record Town
We are virtually the only sign company in any of the 97 “Metroplex” cities multi-licensed to manufacture and install signs as well as provide electrical service.
American Sign Association™ can be totally responsible for installing, wiring, and maintaining your signs (and lighting), if you choose.
If installations or service occur during business hours, our uniformed employees will not detract from your business environment.
No company, except you, routinely provides us with next-day service. I also recognize how important our signs and neon are to our success, and appreciate your service.

State Licensed Sign Installation
The State of Texas requires by law that all companies and individuals installing electric signs and/or neon have a license.
It is a state criminal offense to even offer to install an electric sign without an appropriate license.
To obtain a state license, individuals must meet experience, testing, professional conduct, and continuing education requirements.
For a State Sign Contractor’s License, a company must be represented by a Master Sign Electrician (minimum 12,000 hours), all electrical workers must be licensed, lead Journeymen must have at least 8,000 hours, the company must carry customer-protective insurance and comply with Texas Workers’ Compensation laws, meet minimum workmanship standards, and operate honestly and professionally.
Many companies that cannot meet state licensing work under lesser city/community requirements—some require no training, experience, or insurance, only a fee—and they can only work in those locations.
Our State Sign Contractor’s License numbers: TSCL18015 and TSCL18016.
Verify a Texas electrical/sign license at tdlr.texas.gov/LicenseSearch. Choose “Electricians” for license type and enter the business/person name.

Automatic Customer Schedule Updates
Unique to the industry, American Sign Association has developed an automatic update system to keep customers informed.
The #1 complaint we hear is lack of communication. We listened and built a solution.
Our scheduling system automatically informs you of project status. You’ll always know:
- if we’re waiting for any information from you,
- if permits have been filed (and when),
- if permits have been approved (and when),
- when the sign entered production, and
- your projected install or service date.
We recognize your sign is critical to your business. Delays are disastrous. Our update system helps avoid surprises and resolve issues early.
Ask your Representative how it works.
Thanks guys! The monument looks great ... very pleased.
